Smart Design Blueprint

For more than 10 homes, a project scale always follows by quote, never below the published Smart Design minima. AIOW never provides interest-free hardware financing.

Transparent calculation

Example · 2,400 m² GFA · € 180,000 technology budget

  1. Area: 2,400 × € 12.50 = € 30,000
  2. Technology budget: 12% × € 180,000 = € 21,600
  3. Minimum: € 9,500; the highest amount is € 30,000
Starting Blueprint indication: € 30,000; above 10 homes a quote follows, never below the minimumExcluding VAT

This is the published price basis for setup and monthly management, not a complete project total. VAT, hardware, physical installation and cloud, AI and supplier usage are excluded. The written proposal defines the exact rooms, systems, workflows, responsibilities and support.
